Please be aware that email communication is not private. The most confidential method of communication is the use of the phone or secure messaging through the patient portal. Signal App messages are end-to-end encrypted. My Signal account is linked to the above Tel #.

Since email is NOT a confidential means of communication, I recommend that you DO NOT USE EMAIL to communicate with me about PERSONAL HEALTH CONCERNS. In the interest of the security and confidentiality of your personal health related information, I strongly recommend that you send brief electronic messages about confidential clinical matters through the SECURE PATIENT PORTAL. Please be advised that I am NOT checking Carepaths messages outside of office hours or on the weekend. Using the phone or Signal App (overseas clients) is the best way to get timely attention for more urgent concerns. 

I always set an out-of-office message on emails and the patients portal for your information. I am unable to do so on Signal. If I do not respond to your Signal message, please send a brief email to see whether I may be out-of-office.
